The Tata Nexon EV Max is now available at a price range of Rs 16.49 lakh to Rs 19.54 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi), offering customers a compelling option in the electric SUV segment. It comes in three broad variants: XM, XZ+, and XZ+ Lux, with the Dark Edition available exclusively on the top-spec XZ+ trim.

Tata Nexon EV is with a seating capacity for five passengers, the Tata Nexon EV Max ensures comfort and space for both driver and passengers alike. But what truly sets it apart is its advanced electric powertrain.

Tata Nexon EV is equipped with a 40.5kWh battery pack and an electric motor generating 143PS and 250Nm of torque, the Tata Nexon EV Max delivers an exhilarating and responsive performance on the road. Notably, it now boasts an increased claimed ARAI range of 453km, allowing for extended journeys without the need for frequent charging.

Speaking of charging, the Tata Nexon EV Max offers multiple options to suit different needs. It supports both 3.3kW and 7.2kW charging, with respective charging times of 15 hours and six hours.

Additionally, the Tata Nexon EV is capable of fast charging up to 50kW, enabling the battery to reach 80% capacity from 0% in just 56 minutes. This convenience ensures that drivers can quickly recharge their vehicle and continue their journey without unnecessary delays.

In terms of features, the Nexon EV Max leaves no stone unturned. It boasts a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system, providing seamless connectivity and access to various multimedia functions.

Tata Nexon EV also features a single-pane sunroof, an auto-dimming IRVM, an air purifier, and a wireless phone charger, catering to the needs of modern drivers. For added comfort, ventilated front seats and cruise control are also included.

Safety is a top priority for Tata Motors, and the Tata Nexon EV Max comes equipped with a range of safety features. All-wheel disc brakes, hill hold control, hill descent control, electronic parking brake, and a tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) ensure optimal control and safety on different terrains.

Standard safety features include dual front airbags, ISOFIX child seat anchorages, cornering stability control, and ABS with EBD, offering comprehensive protection for occupants.

In terms of competition, the Nexon EV Max goes head-to-head with the Mahindra XUV400 while providing a more affordable alternative to the Hyundai Kona Electric and MG ZS EV.
